White Lea: A blend of old and new

At White Lea, we set out to revitalise a historic home, modernising it while preserving its unique charm and character. Built in the 1920s, the house was cold, and had an outdated layout, yet it overflowed with charm and personality. One of our main challenges at White Lea was to maintain that personality while adapting it for modern family living.

Our commitment to quality and exceptional standards is evident in every detail, striking a harmonious balance between contemporary living and timeless elegance.

Moorfield Road: Modern living, sustainable design

The project at Moorfield Road represents our commitment to modern, sustainable construction. This newly built home was designed and constructed to achieve exceptionally high energy efficiency, providing a comfortable and environmentally conscious living space. We focused on optimising interior space, demonstrating our expertise in creating functional and beautiful contemporary homes.

Every detail at Moorfield Road was considered to ensure optimal performance and aesthetic appeal, from the innovative insulation techniques to the thoughtful layout that maximises natural light and flow.

Dean Lane, Hawksworth

The Dean Lane development consists of three properties, each showcasing breathtaking views of the surrounding moors. Built to exceptional sustainable standards, these homes proudly achieve an EPC rating of 'A' and are equipped with PV panels and battery storage.

The designs harmoniously complement the original farm barns they replaced, featuring tumbled stone, stone slate roofs, and heritage colors for the doors and windows.

Among the residences, this bungalow stands out as a personal favorite, thanks to its open-plan living area, mezzanine office, and elegant arched windows.
